Make your request by filling out the Kiyujara Commissions Form linked above.

Accepted requests — You will receive an email from me with an estimated completion date, as well as the final quote for your request. If you've asked questions in the form, I will also answer them at this stage.

Declined requests — Happen typically due to last-minute day job demands / schedule changes. I do my best with what is within or slightly beyond my skillset, but if I don't think I can successfully meet a request, I will decline this.

To start commission, a 50% initial upfront payment will be requested once we have agreed on the details, and you are ready to go for it! 🙂

Upon receipt of initial payment, your piece will be added to the queue. I shall inform you once I've started, and will keep you updated as I go.

Once the illustration has been completed, I will send you a watermarked copy of the final version. High-resolution image file will only be sent once the remaining balance has been settled.

All payments are in USD. I will not accept virtual coin / bitcoin / similar. Payment method will be through Paypal.

Initial 50% payment, to start work on the piece. Concept and Ideation – This stage will have sketches, color thumbs, concepts.

25% payment, once the design is locked in, and we move into rendering. Once the piece enters the rendering phase, there is no more cancellation beyond this point.

Remaining 25% payment, final piece is completed, signed, and prepared. Final high-resolution images will be sent once payment has been received.

Payments on every stage will be acknowledged through e-mail, and will serve as approval to move to the next stage. 🙂

Strictly no refunds. However, should I not be able to complete your commission, you will receive full refund.

Accepted requests will be queued according to a first-come, first-serve basis. I will give you a timeline and estimated date of completion, upon receipt of initial payment.

Your OCs are completely yours. I do not claim copyright over these ideas.

You are allowed to use and post the commissioned piece on your social media profile (profile photos, banners, etc)

You are allowed to print out the commissioned piece for your own personal use.

For private commissions — You are NOT allowed to sell, reprint, reproduce or make copies of my illustration for profit.

For commercial commissions or contracts — Negotiable. I'm open to freelance for TCGs and TTRPG projects. Just send me an email. :)

You are NOT allowed to use my artwork for NFTs.

You are NOT allowed to use/feed my artwork into image training programs (AI image training, or ML training).

I reserve the right to decline a commission request.

You must not claim the commissioned artwork or piece itself as your own. (E.g. the digital painting created belongs to me as the artist who painted it.)

I reserve full rights to the commissioned artwork to promote on my social media or my website (if you want full privacy, no mention and no post, for your request, an additional 15% will be added on top). I reserve full rights to print my created artwork and sell for use in promoting my services at conventions whether online or offline.

Each commissioned piece will have the name of the commissioner quoted when I post on social media.

All pieces are digitally hand painted and personally made by me, and do not use AI or any form of image generation.

I currently accept human characters, or humanoid characters with features that are closer to their human half than the non-human half (i.e. elves, tieflings).

I will accept fanart requests within the fantasy genre (E.g. Dungeons & Dragons fanart, Pathfinder fanart, Game of Thrones, Witcher)

Partial nudity above the waist is permitted. (Ie. topless male, backless garments female, semi-sheer clothing)

I will only accept hetero pairing requests.

I am also open also to accept requests i.e. please paint a portrait of my bf / gf in a fantasy costume or something — just ask first!

I will not draw NSFW nudes, heavy gore, hentai, loli/underage, fetish art, nor anything falling under politically subversive, or violent in nature.

I will not draw furry art / full anthropomorphic characters.
